The Kenaitze Indian Tribe is exploring a Dena’ina-focused public charter school, and is looking for feedback from the community.
The Tribe will host a Community Interest and Informational Night on Thursday, March 28, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Kahtnuht’ana Duhdeldiht Campus, 12271 Kenai Spur Highway, Kenai.
This meeting is to:
- Gauge community interest in a kindergarten-second grade program for the 2025-26 school year;
- Learn about becoming a charter school committee member; and
- Ask questions and share concerns.
A light dinner will be provided, and childcare will be available.
