The Kenaitze Indian Tribe solicits competitive bids and proposals on a wide range of projects. Proposals must include acknowledgment of all addendums. The Tribe will consider all proposals separately but will give additional consideration to those that can offer a discount for being awarded multiple projects.

Request for Proposal: Annual Single Audit
The Tribe seeks a qualified independent auditor to perform financial and compliance audits for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with an option to extend for one additional year. The audits will be conducted in accordance with U.S. generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards (GAS), the federal Single Audit requirements of 2 CFR 200 Subpart F (Uniform Guidance), and the State of Alaska Single Audit Guide (if applicable).

Request for Proposal: Recovery and Transitional Housing Planning Consultant
The Kenaitze Indian Tribe has received Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) planning funding for the Kenaitze Indian Tribe Recovery and Transitional Housing Planning Project. The RHTP is administered under cooperative agreements between states and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under the authority of Section 71401 of Public Law 119-21. The Award Agreement is between the State of Alaska Department of Health and the Kenaitze Indian Tribe and is a sub-award from the State of Alaska Department of Health as a pass-through entity to a sub-recipient. The sub-award is 100% federally funded.
The project is intended to assess recovery, transitional housing, and related service needs and to develop recommendations for an appropriate future program model.
