NEW! We are now offering walk-in assessments for substance use treatments on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The average assessment time is two hours. Please bring your ID. This service is first-come, first-served.
We offer many services to encourage sobriety, including early intervention, outpatient treatment and continuing care. We also offer assistance with transitions to residential treatment facilities.
Our chemical dependency recovery team works with individuals and families whose lives have been affected by substance use, providing assessments and placement for appropriate care. Staff members focus on cultural and family strengths to promote abstinence and recovery.

CARF International has accredited our integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care services; our outpatient Behavioral Health services programs for adults, children and adolescents, which includes substance use disorder treatment for adults; and the services provided through the joint-jurisdictional therapeutic Henu Community Wellness Court.
