This Privacy Statement describes how the Kenaitze Indian Tribe (“KIT”,”we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our Avochato mobile application and messaging services (collectively, the “Service”). We use Avochato as a communication and messaging platform. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this statement.

If you use our Avochato application, then you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Statement.
