Our burial assistance program helps with costs related to burial and funeral expenses. If you are interested in using these services, there are two separate applications to complete to determine your eligibility – a tribal application and a state application. There also is release of information form that must be submitted. We are happy to help you work through the application process and answer your questions along the way.
