General Inquiry – Kenaitze Indian Tribe

Agnes provides case management, crisis intervention, and group facilitation services at Chuq’eya Qenq’a, Birch Tree House. She connects un’ina, “those who come to us,” with both Kenaitze and community resources. She incorporates a cultural and technical approach to help each individual view their situation through a different lens.

Agnes is grateful for the opportunity to provide support for people through the most challenging stages of their lives and toward the successes that lie ahead.

Agnes earned an associate’s degree in general education and has 18 years of progressive experience in behavioral health and social services.

Agnes loves to see people reach a personal goal they once thought was impossible. She serves as a sounding board and coach when situations crumble, and cheerleader for successes big and small. She has been drawn to guiding un’ina through the healing process because she grows just as much.

When she’s not serving un’ina, Agnes enjoys spending time with her husband, fishing, gathering beach greens, wild tea, picking berries, metal detecting, and hunting ducks.
