How do you get around? The Kenaitze Indian Tribe wants to know.
The Tribe’s draft Long-Range Transportation Plan is available for public comment. The Tribe will host an online meeting at 10 a.m. Nov. 17 to present the plan updates, collect comments from the community and discuss the future of the Tribe’s transportation program.

The transportation plan details local transportation resources, including roads, pedestrian walkways and trails, and available transportation options. It also outlines short-term and long-term goals for the Tribe’s Transportation program.
During the meeting, project planners will be available to answer questions and take feedback.
Copies of the draft plan can be downloaded and also are available at the Kenaitze Indian Tribe’s administration building, 150 N. Willow Street in Kenai. Please call 907-335-7212 to make arrangements as the building currently is closed to the public.
