Kenaitze Indian Tribe (KIT) through the Dena'ina Health Clinic (DHC) offers primary health services to eligible Alaska Natives and American Indians. DHC provides integrated, holistic, wellness-based care in a medical home that is patient-centered, culturally relevant and empowering to our patient-customers.
Patient-customers are empanelled to a Care Team consisting of a Healthcare Provider and Medical Assistant supported by the Medical Director, a Nurse Case Manager, and a Health Educator. Health outcomes are improved through the continuity provided by Care Teams.
Specialty services not available at the Clinic are referred to Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) and with provider authorization referred to local providers. If your choice is non-referred local care, you will be financially responsible for all charges.
DHC is located in Kenai at 416 Frontage Rd, Suite 200. DHC is a wheelchair accessible medical clinic with examination rooms, laboratory, digitized radiology services, prevention and wellness programming.
